General Treacle is found in Cozy's level, usally talking to Colnal Ketchup in Spa for War Heroes. He is involved in the plot to punish Cozy: Disguise as General Treacle and punish Cozy with the super cannon.
Assassination []
Naughty targets Treacle as well as Colnal Ketchup and he must be punished in a certain way. Naughty must make the General to commit suicide.
